Terra Sapiens Remembering, LLC, is an active Limited Liability Company registered by Jamie K. Reaser with the Virginia State Corporation Commission. When using Terra Sapiens Remembering, LLC’s products and services, including this website (http://www.terrasapiensremembering.com), you agree to comply with applicable Virginia state laws. All Terra Sapiens Remembering, LLC website and programmatic content is owned by Jamie K. Reaser/Terra Sapiens Remembering, LLC, and all rights to the content are reserved. This expressly includes the nature photography and artwork throughout the website, which is the original work of Jamie K. Reaser; all rights are reserved. Use of the website and any services or products described by or accessed through the website, directly or indirectly by any means, is subject to all Terms & Conditions stated herein. Client Agreement
As a client of Jamie K. Reaser/Terra Sapiens Remembering, LLC, you:
Acknowledge
That your beliefs, clarity of intent, openness, honesty, and commitment to the process are catalysts for the personal outcome(s) you desire;
While some outcomes may be readily achieved in a single session, other outcomes may require multiple sessions and multiple approaches to be realized;
That your needs are unique, and that each session will be designed to best serve your needs at a given time and point in your personal process;
That the process of personal exploration, transformation, and capacity building is often challenging: it is likely that, at times, you will experience memories, emotions, beliefs, physical sensations, or practices in ways that will be uncomfortable and even frightening; and
Further Acknowledge
That you are inviting Jamie K. Reaser to serve as your guide/coach/mentor in your personal process;
That she is not a licensed physician, psychologist, counselor, psychotherapist, psychoanalyst, and neither legally can nor will prescribe medication or make medical or psychiatric diagnosis; and
Agree
To be personally responsible for your attitude, emotions, outcomes, and progress;
To do your best to acknowledge, work with, and retract any projections (“positive” or “negative”) that you place on Jamie K. Reaser/Terra Sapiens Remembering, LLC, in the course of your work together, or at any time thereafter;
That Jamie K. Reaser may, with explanation, decline to help you achieve your desired outcome if at any time she believes that outcome is not in your best interest or would place others at risk of harm;
That time will be the basis for each session and that the time limits for each session will be set in advance of that session;
To, in the spirit of reciprocity, pay for each session in advance or promptly at its closure;
To notify Jamie K. Reaser via email within 24-hours of a scheduled session if you need to reschedule the session, and that if you neglect to make this notification in time or decide to cancel rather than reschedule the session, you will pay the full session fee;^ and
That all of the processes, materials, and verbal information conveyed to you through the course of working with Jamie K. Reaser/Terra Sapiens Remembering, LLC, are to be respected by your utmost adherence to confidentiality, the law, and high ethical standards of personal conduct.
^Exceptions are permissible for sudden illness of the client or if the client is the primary caregiver of another individual who becomes ill.

Inclusivity & Access
Jamie K. Reaser/Terra Sapiens Remembering, LLC, welcomes all people regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, physical ability and neurodiversity, cultural background, spiritual path, worldview, and life experiences. Clients must be at least 18 years of age.
We aim to create a safe, sacred space where every individual feels seen, valued, and supported on their unique path. This is a co-creative process. The clear expression of your beliefs, intent, and needs guides our work together. It is our intent to listen and respond with care and respect. We want to meet you where you are and proceed at your pace. We reserve the right to revoke or deny service/programming at any time if we determine that we cannot create a sufficiently safe or accommodating space for a client/particant or if we have concerns that a group participant may undermine the safety or well-being of other participants.
Terra Sapiens Remembering programs are conducted in English. However, we recognize the importance of acknowledging and inhabiting languages that arise from place-based relationships. We, thus, encourage translation into birthplace languages and welcome reflections and insights provided through non-English linguistics.
We aim to balance program financial accessibility with our fundamental operational needs. We intend to provide fully sponsored group programming, fixed-rate and “pay what you can” workshops/clinics, and fee-for-service guiding/coaching at standard market rates for the service locality. We welcome scholarship contributions from individuals who have the ability to sponsor program costs.
If you have questions about program inclusivity and/or access, please contact us before registering for a program so that we can explore accommodations, if needed.
